- We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist in our Fleet Operations organization with experience in a transportation environment to manage HR operations across our North American locations.
- As we prepare to scale significantly in our Fleet Organization, the HR Generalist will actively support onboarding fleet and operations talent, including truck drivers, mechanics and supervisory staff, either directly or in partnership with our Talent Acquisition team.
- The HR Generalist will champion a positive employee experience throughout the Fleet Operations area and ensure compliance with DOT & FMCSA driver-related regulations.
- The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in payroll, benefits administration, HR process management, employee relations, onboarding, policy administration and compliance for a largely non-exempt work force.
