- You’ll work closely with senior leadership, including our COO, whose remit includes HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development, and Employee Experience.
- Serving as the first line of contact for our field employees (entry-level to leadership) for employee relations cases and performance management coaching.
- Maintaining a pulse on what is top of mind for employees; serving as the eyes and ears for our organization by supporting our HRBP function with our listening strategy (including, leading exit interviews and focus groups).
- You understand the importance of establishing clear policies but can see in shades of gray and come equipped with a knowledgeable and strong point of view about how things should be done from an HR perspective.
- You’re a self-starter who isn't afraid to dive in but knows when to ask for help from your teammates.
