- Full cycle payroll management for the semi-monthly payroll for employees and monthly for expatriate employees
- Work with the immigration lawyer for applying immigration visas for all expatriate employees for application and renewal
- Maintain all expatriate employee’s Visa statuses, Form I-94, totalization certificate, and other statuses in the U.S
- Record their taxable income based upon the expatriate benefits to record their gross-up payroll
