- Job Type Full-time Description POSITION SUMMARY:The primary purpose of the HR Manager is to serve as a human resource partner to home office and facility leadership on employee- related issues.
- The HR Manager will perform research and analysis, provide consultation and recommendations on people initiatives to the home office, operational and clinical leadership.
- Analyzes human resources data such as employee satisfaction survey scores and comments, hotline statistics, litigation and legal claim information, unemployment claims data and turnover statistics.
- Involves/ informs legal department or clinical partners as necessary.
- Analyzes workforce staffing data such as agency usage, overtime, PPD, and staffing star rating to identify opportunities and provides recommendations to leadership.
