- DescriptionPosition Summary:The Learning & Development Team Co-op will report to the Manager of Learning & Development and be responsible for supporting the organization-wide learning and development for 3500+ employees.
- A successful co-op in this role will take a continuous improvement approach, taking time to evaluate current processes, and partnering with all divisions of MassDOT and vendors/ contractors.
- Therefore, a Learning & Development Team Co-op needs to be able to manage multiple projects with concurrent timelines and be very detail oriented, independent, pro-active, and organized.
- The Learning & Development Team Co-op is responsible for the management of the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support implementation and ongoing maintenance of the LMS and all supporting tools, content, and technologies, roles, users, security, internal system notifications and other instructional technology user accounts.
