- POSITION SUMMARY: The HR Generalist / Payroll Specialist shall report to the Vice-President of Mid-Rise and High-Rise Management and shall collaborate with the property management team and other Peak Property employees to prepare, review, upload, manage and provide reports, as needed, on compensation, benefits and employee reimbursements for the MR-HR staff.
- The HR Generalist / Payroll Specialist shall also promote, educate and oversee the company’s personnel and daily operations of the human resource department, including the On/ Off Boarding of personnel while also providing support to the company’s employees with human resource matters.
- Transfers/terminates Broker and Leasing Agent licenses and signs employees up for continuing education.
- Assist the CPO in the timely completion of all tasks required in Bamboo for Annual Performance Reviews.
- Supports the administrator for MR-HR BambooHR (HRIS Database).
