- The HR Generalist will perform a variety of HR tasks, including full-cycle recruiting, conducting new hire orientation and onboarding, employee relations, maintaining the integrity of our HR database for compliance, and performance management.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, improving processes, and driving organizational effectiveness
- Partner with the Manager of Human Resources to investigate employee relations issues, such as working conditions, employee grievances, disciplinaries, and unemployment insurance claims
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment on all positions to assist our Talent Acquisition Specialist during recruiting spikes
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business or organizational behavior or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience required
