- SUMMARY: This will be a dual position encompassing both the HR Director and Business Office Manager roles.
- The primary purpose of the Business Office Manager is to assist in the day-to-day accounting functions of the facility by current acceptable accounting and cost reimbursement principles relating to nursing facility operations, and as may be directed by the Administrator, Director of Finance, or Accountant.
- Report delinquent accounts to the Accountant/Director of Finance/Administrator.
- Perform functions of computer/data processor as necessary.
- Follow established resident fund accounting procedures.
