- As the HR Analyst, you will be pivotal in administering our employee benefit programs and payroll processes within the division.
- Resolve employee payroll and benefits issues and provide exceptional customer service to employees.
- You will update the HRIS (Workday) by regularly updating employee information and ensuring all information is current.
- Administer benefits programs, including health benefits, COBRA, insurance for life and disability (short-term and long-term), employee and family assistance, workers’ compensation, unemployment, etc.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and other state and federal regulations.
