- Coordinate and manage hotel room bookings and reservations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
- Work closely with hotel staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping, and management, to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Monitor and manage room inventory, optimizing occupancy and revenue through strategic pricing and promotions
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality or hotel management is a plus
