- The front desk is the first impression on the guests so it is very important to always be polite to our guests and to greet them with a smile.
- All front desk agents must be able to display good customer service skills along with problem solving skills.
- Light cleaning of the lobby (i.e. dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming)
- Assist guests with luggage if asked
- Solve any guest issues that may arise to the best of your ability
