- The Occupational Therapist plans and provides skilled occupational therapy services to the clients in their home in accordance with the Plan of Care and the Company's policies and procedures.
- Performs functions which require substantial specialized knowledge, judgement and skill based upon the principles of psychological, biological and social services and must be able to make judgements accordingly.
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, Pet Insurance
- Instructs and supervises COTAs, HHAs, LPNs and RNs in therapy program when appropriate.
- A valid driver's license and proof of car insurance when using a personal vehicle for company business.
