- POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the State Director, the Incident Management Coordinator (IMC) ensures reportable event requirements are met with all state and payor entities.
- This role acts as the Incident Management Coordinator as required by regulation and contracts.
- Hours: Full Time: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
- Lead Tier 2 Investigations with the support of the branch staffCoordinate investigations with Operations, HR, Quality and/or compliance (includes employee fraud and employee misconduct events).
- Monitor the incident/event outcomes by reaching out to entities, such as APS and MCO Care Coordinators as needed until the final resolution is made
