Are you passionate about tennis and eager to elevate the game to new heights? Genesis Health Clubs is seeking a Full-Time High Performance Tennis Professional to join our dynamic team. With a rich history and a vast network of clubs, Genesis stands as a titan in the tennis community, boasting 66 health clubs, over 250 tennis courts, and more than 250 Tennis Professionals. In this pivotal role, you'll operate under the guidance of our esteemed Tennis Director and General Manager, embarking on a mission to amplify tennis engagement. Your objectives include expanding our professional team, refining player skills, and spearheading invigorating tennis programs. Our cutting-edge fitness and wellness facilities, alongside a diverse range of over 60 group fitness activities, provide the perfect backdrop for your success.

**Your Role in a Nutshell:**


Champion tennis across all ages and skill levels.
Commit to an average of 35 on-court teaching hours weekly.
Immerse yourself in our dynamic tennis programs.
Conduct private and group lessons for diverse age groups and skill levels.
Oversee the financial facets of your lessons and programs.
Maintain a secure and pristine court environment.

**What We're Looking For:**


A college degree (preferred).
1-5 years (or beyond) of tennis teaching experience.

College Play Experience
USPTA and/or PTR Certification, or willingness to become certified.
A playing level of 4.5 or above.
Ambition, coach ability, and a positive outlook.
Stellar communication abilities, both written and verbal.
