- These services shall be provided by utilizing a hybrid approach of direct ship to end users (user driven provisioning utilizing Autopilot/Intune/JAMF) or direct handoff of devices at hub locations.
- Be responsible to stage and configure the device using Moody's provided image through established deployment method in the hub locations including supported language packs, BIOS, driver, system updates, applications specified by customer, printers, and peripherals software, and register with the Moody's system management platform and Active Directory domain.
- Ensure return/receipt of old device and hand off to Moody's.
- Stockroom inventory management to ensure minimum required volumes are maintained and update database.
