- IntelliBridge supports the Department of Labor’s (DOL) Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) by providing enterprise IT support services.
- This position will be part of a team responsible for providing tier 1-2 helpdesk support to a population of 3,000 clients.
- Performs all the duties of a Help Desk Specialist 1 with increased technical proficiency and working knowledge.
- Provide technical and end-user support for commercial PC operating systems, COTS, and/or custom applications.
- Two (2) years experience in customer/user service, in providing technical and end-user support for commercial PC operating systems, COTS, and/or applications software in person and over the phone.
