- The ideal candidate has a client-first mindset, a passion for health and wellness, sales experience, and aims to deliver high-quality service and experience in every customer interaction.
- Responsibilities: Client engagement - identify client's needs and goals and establish plans of care Sell memberships and packages - in alignment with client's wellness goals Maintain working knowledge of RHW services and products - Serve as a modality expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and most beneficial to them.
- Understand product and service pairings, including contraindications Consult on customer success - Advise customers on how to develop a customized Care Plan to address their health and wellness need state and goals, including recommended frequencies and pairing of services, and client follow up.
