- As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions developing and commercializing health analytics capabilities at Aon. This role will lead development and commercialization initiations supporting new and existing analytics solutions and serve as the analytics subject matter expert for practice-wide initiatives, client and prospect conversations.
- What the day will look likeServe as the solution leader for the development and commercialization of analytics capabilities, maintaining or leading the development and implementation of new products and solutionsLead consultant for advanced analytics client projects and pilot projects and initiatives.
- Stakeholder alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, legal, marketing and industry experts, to gather requirements for new analytics solutions.
- Strong technical background in actuarial modeling and statistical methods including familiarity with emerging technologies, data science and machine learning techniquesDemonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of market trends, client needs, and emerging vendorsProven ability to mentor junior colleaguesUnderstanding of Agile project management a plusASA or FSA Actuarial credentials a plusExperience with leading product, model and tool development is strongly preferred.
