- The successful candidate will demonstrate an appreciation for the mission and value of a public liberal arts college, be self-directed and motivated, work with integrity, and bring skills and abilities needed to advance Cougar men’s and women’s track and field, the athletic program, and the University.
- The Head Men’s / Women’s Track and Field Coach is responsible for leading and directing all aspects of a NCAA Division III track and field program (Sprints and Jumps experience preferred) that advances the mission of intercollegiate athletics and the University.
- This position is available as a Director of Track and Field / Cross Country or Head Coach Track and Field depending on experience.
- For Director positions, a successful record track and field experience is required (typically a minimum of 5 years).
