- Responsible to lead the design and delivery of a multi-year strategy and roadmap for talent development programs at all levels of the company from early career to executive and ensure programs connect with business priorities across key audiences – managers, employees and leaders.
- Regularly evaluates talent development needs to enhance and/or adjust curriculum to ensure programs remain relevant and current.
- Work in parallel with Talent Management & Development (TM&D) leadership team to leverage learning and leadership development capabilities to deliver best-in-class employee experiences.
- Provide subject matter expertise, counseling and guidance across our talent management initiatives with a view of industry best practices on career development.
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Organizational Development/Behavior, I/O Psychology, Business or a related field.
