- You’ll be in charge of taking what has worked historically to bring Arist to Series A and helping to take it to the next level, coaching AEs and working directly with customers yourself to grow deals, shorten time to close, and build out teams and systems to do so sustainably.
- Directly manage and grow the sales team (currently 3 AEs), becoming familiar with their deals and acting as a mentor and coach for them on how to close more and faster
- Be responsible for closing some deals directly, especially those that may need help to get across the finish line
- Be responsible for sales forecasting, pipeline health and growth, and reviewing the accuracy and strength of revenue in pipeline from AEs
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales
