- Launched in 2023, Integrated Services creates and markets new customer experiences by integrating hardware, software and services across Ford Blue, Model e and Ford Pro. These products and services allow Ford's retail and commercial customers to customize their vehicles like never before with OTA (over-the-air)-driven experiences that grow better over time.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving digital sales, online sales, salesforce campaigns, and the conversion of freemium or point of sale subscriptions within the retail automotive industry.
- Develop and execute Ford Integrated Services digital sales strategies to drive subscription sales for software and services within the retail automotive sector.
- Consolidated and Centralized management of all digital campaigns to our end customers, products, bundling, conversion, integration through the call center and our retail automotive subscriptions sales group, focusing on in/around vehicle software and services.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving retail digital sales within the automotive sector, combined with a deep understanding of software subscriptions and the retail automotive buying experience.
