And our tuition reimbursement program is the perfect springboard to help you get there! </li></ul>So what does a Silvi Materials Haul Truck Driver do?<ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li>Safely and adeptly drives haul trucks to transport rock or product from one area to another, into stockpiles and into loaders.</li><li>Able to drive automatic, stick shift, and various speed trucks.</li><li>Performs pre and post trip inspections and performs daily maintenance as needed.</li><li>Maintains cleanliness of equipment.</li><li>Ability to operate large front end loaders and other mechanized construction equipment safely and adeptly.</li><li>Load material from a stockpile inside and outside the quarry.</li><li>Must be able to estimate load size for a vehicle and not over or under load a truck.</li><li>Must do general cleanup around all areas. </li><li>Ability to build up and maintain a stockpile of material.</li><li>Check, service and assist in making minor and emergency adjustments and repairs in the field and in the repair shop.</li><li>Perform labor and landscaping duties.</li></ul>Qualifications Required:<ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li>Valid Driver's License.</li><li>Ability to work 1st shift and as needed. </li><li>Ability to work at least 2 Saturdays per month. </li><li>Previous commercial driving experience a strong plus</li><li>CDL A or B is preferred but not required</li><li>Maintain the highest standard of production goals and safety</li><li>Load and discharge aggregate material including rock, sand, and dirt</li><li>Ability to climb up and down, in and out of machines and trucks.</li><li>Ability to withstand bouncing motion for the duration of a work shift in machines.</li><li>Experience operating a front end loader highly preferred.
