- This is a full-time position at the hotel, responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing the hotel's day-to-day operations, with a focus on managing the Front Desk department.
- Responsible for: the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, to include but not limited to: personnel, budget performance and financial controls.
- Area shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions to assist guest inquiries.
- Abilities: Multi task, remain associate and guest service centric.
