- The Facilities Manager supervises the Handymen, Concierges and the Porter Staff, conducts the building preventative maintenance program, performs in-unit and common element repairs, in response to owner requests, and oversees the building house-cleaning operation.
- Responsible for scheduling all federal, state and local inspections on sprinkler & fire systems, electrical, plumbing, pool, etc
- i.e., Fire, flood, electrical or gas outage, hurricane and storms, etc.)
- Pool maintenance and equipment, including heating, filtration, furniture, cleaning, water level, water testing, etc
- Oversees performance of contractors who perform routine housekeeping tasks (brass, landscaping, carpet cleaning, etc.)
