- The Grants Administration Specialist contributes to maintaining systems to track and monitor fundraising and grant administration activities, as well as for conducting research to identify funding opportunities.
- Track proposal and grant activities, funder meetings and correspondence in the Advancement CRM.
- Draft various correspondence for submission to funder.
- Work with other Advancement team members and ITS staff to create necessary Advancement reports from various data systems (FMS, CRM, CAAS, etc.)
