- The Government Affairs Director (GAD) is a key member of the leadership team at CIPC, contributing meaningfully to the direction of legislative and budgetary campaigns.
- This is a Sacramento based position and part of CIPC’s Leadership Team. The Government Affairs Director reports to the Deputy Director of Programs and Campaigns, and assumes responsibility for the Government Affairs team of a senior legislative advocate and legislative assistant, plus the lobbyist on contract as needed.
- Oversee development of materials (factsheets, legislative and budget analysis briefs) for outreach and the political development of key coalition partners;
