- In partnership with Global Marketing, Global Product, Global Merchandising, Global Channels (Retail/VM, Site, Social, Media, PR, Web3 + Gaming), and Regions, you will drive Global Marketing’s GTM process and cross-category strategy, ensuring key stakeholders are engaged, with a particular emphasis on regional collaboration and owned channels.
- This role reports to the Head of Global Marketing GTM and is based at the New Balance global headquarters in the Boston area.
- MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:Oversee global marketing’s go-to-market process, strategy and content creation from customer (wholesale, DTC) sell-in to consumer sell-through, driving brand and commercial success.
- Assist in the creation of global marketing’s seasonal calendar for brand and product storytelling in collaboration with global product and merchandising.
- Work with global channels and regional teams to develop integrated marketing plans that drive demand and accelerate sales.
