- Additionally, this position is responsible for developing and managing a global technical team and works closely with firm management, CFO, and the Global Assistant Director of Finance Technology and Strategy, to ensure alignment with firm and client business requirements.
- Establishes and builds a global team providing all aspects of Finance & Accounting system monitoring, processes, software deployment, day-to-day problem resolution and production support (1 st , 2 nd , & 3 rd Level), ongoing maintenance, Financial Application architecture, enhancements, upgrades, testing, disaster recovery, and integration of the application portfolio related to the Firm’s implementation of the Aderant Expert product, and other satellite Finance & Accounting systems
- Acts in the escalation path for on-call support as necessary, including coordination of crisis management activities as required during an incident
- Expert project planning and management skills (including but not limited to task management, status reporting, issues and meeting facilitation, risk and budget management)
