THE COMPANY Galvion designs, develops, and manufactures ballistic helmets and dynamic power and data management solutions for the modern battlefield. We are a passionate, global, and fast-paced team working with several strategic partners and are committed to enhancing the overall agility and survivability of the modern warfighter and tactical operator.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE •Administer and monitor contract performance on government, commercial, and international contracts ensuring compliance with contract terms •May assist with the negotiation and administration of agreements between the company/customers/subcontractors/vendors ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures •Responsible for reviewing contract solicitation terms, handling contract award confirmations, interpreting agreement terms and conditions and identifying potential issues, reviewing agreement amendments/modifications and incorporating changes •Review contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy, government specifications and requirements, identify risks and areas of concern on contract terms and conditions •Respond to standard inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions •Respond to inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions •Aid in preparation of proposals for customer requirements •Prepare teaming agreements, MOUs, MOAs, and domestic and international consultant/sales representative agreements and other contractual agreements •Aid in the development of trade licenses for foreign exports •Administer various internal and external systems and portals like SAM, WAWF, PIEE, ERP, Cobblestone •Maintain accurate and complete contract records •Support compliance projects as required KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & EXPERIENCE •Minimum of 4 years of experience with US Government Contracting preferred •Bachelor's Degree required •U.S. and International military contract experience preferred •Knowledge of government contracting fundamentals •Understanding of the acquisition life cycle applied to a manufacturing environment •Intellectual Property, Patent, and Trademarks experience preferred •Understanding of ITAR, EAR and the global export regulatory environment •Federal Acquisition Regulation (FARs) and Defense Federal Acquisitions Regulation Supplement (DFARSs) as well as Agency acquisition experience required •Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook and Microsoft Sharepoint •Excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to compose business communications •Ability to work independently and as a facilitator in cross functional teams •Some travel may be required between Galvion facilities THE TEAM You will work with an experienced and dedicated team of passionate and driven individuals who are making a difference for our modern-day war fighters, law enforcement, and EMS.
