- A new role has come our way to work as a German speaking Customer Service Advisor.
- You will be responsible for all sales support services, tracking of shipments, maintenance of clients, handling of all information and German enquiries.
- For this international client, you will be part of the international Logistics team at their Central London office and in this hybrid role you can work 3 days from home per week.
- The German speaking Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for inputting orders and coordinating deliveries to customers in the BeNeLux, keeping key accounts up to date on any outstanding orders.
- The Customer Service Advisor with fluency in German will be able to deal with high volume orders and work in a fast paced environment.
