- Application of remote sensing/geospatial technologies for natural resource applications such as change detection, monitoring, and information extraction from multispectral imagery, radar, LiDAR, etc.
- Expertise in processing, analyzing, and modeling geospatial data using commercial and open-source software such as ERDAS, Google Earth Engine, eCognition, Metashape, Esri, and Pix4D.
- Professional certification, or relevant coursework in geography, GIS, or remote sensing, and seven (7) years of relevant professional work experience in geospatial analysis and modeling.
- Bachelor’s degree related to geography, GIS, remote sensing, or physical / biological / environment / natural resource discipline with substantive coursework in geospatial analysis and modeling, and five (5) years of relevant professional work experience in geospatial analysis and modeling.
- Graduate degree related to geography, GIS, remote sensing, or physical / biological / environment / natural resource discipline with substantive coursework in geospatial analysis and modeling, and three (3) years of relevant professional work experience in geospatial analysis and modeling.
