- The Program Management/Construction Management (PMCM) Division of APTIM is seeking a highly experienced and talented General Superintendent to join our team and work on capital projects in New York City. The candidate will have extensive experience managing onsite construction inspection activities on major construction projects involving New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA).
- Provide construction management oversight, including client relationships, managing scope, schedule, budget, deliverables and change orders for facilities and buildings, associated infrastructure and site improvements.
- Management of construction management field staff to complete assignments/tasks and coordinates engineering/ and construction activities with the contractor
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, engineering, and consulting industry, specifically on major New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) capital projects.
