- Works with the Executive Director, Senior Director of Programs, Directors of Program Services, Director of Asset Management, and Administration to determine facility, equipment, food, and operational needs at all sites (shelters and NHH buildings) in which the agency operates.
- Leads, manages, implements, and approves facilities operations, maintenance and janitorial processes, and kitchen operation procedures and ensures adherence to County, OSHA, and NHH guidelines, safety regulations and laws.
- Supervises the Food Services Manager, Facilities Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Cooks, and Janitorial staff.
- Works with the Director of Asset Management to ensure the safety of buildings and grounds by approving and implementing safety procedures and overseeing compliance with them.
- Works with the Director of Community Engagement to identify community resources to meet operational needs and coordinates the involvement of volunteers in various areas such as kitchen duties, maintenance tasks, and other relevant tasks.
