- Working closely with all departments on site and corporate support, to create and maintain maximum profitability, customer satisfaction levels, product quality, service standards, facility maintenance, and work place harmony and property safety practices in accordance with accepted Outrigger standards.
- Collaborates with various Boards of Director and Rental Advisory committees, as required.
- Responsible to actively promotes and position the condominium property within the market and implement tactical marketing plans as necessary to assure the success of the condo operations whereby occupancy levels and revenues can be maximized.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in all phases of condominium and/or hotel/resort management, including sales, marketing, yielding, reservation, daily management of all areas of operations involving human resources, food and beverage, budget management, rooms, housekeeping, resort maintenance, long-range planning and administration of services.
