- Provide administrative support for Castleton Lodge including but not limited to operational and budgetary management and coordination of various student support services such as transportation and mail services.
- Collaborate with the Program Coordinator of the Resort and Hospitality Management program for synergy between academic program and residence living.
- Serve as the liaison between the Office of Residence Life and Castleton Lodge.
- Work with the Advancement Office to enhance the social media presence of Castleton Lodge and the Resort and Hospitality Management program, to ensure the accuracy and relevancy of content on the website, and to coordinate alumni engagement.
