- This position leads the operation of the Houston Astros/Washington Nationals Spring Training Complex, The Ballpark of the Palm Beaches.
- The ballpark is operated as a joint venture between the two Major League Baseball franchises.
- The General Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of business and facility operations and revenue generation including ticket sales, parking sales, corporate partnerships, marketing, public relations, finance, human resources, special events, operations, housekeeping, maintenance, safety and security.
- Manage relationship with Palm Beach County and act as the clubs liaison to Palm Beach County on all matters related to maintenance reporting, capital improvements, facility coordination and usage.
- Be point person on site for Astros and Nationals organizations for all operations and management matters of the facility.
