- DEVELOPMENT - Molding a team member to be their best requires constant feedback.
- The General Manager is responsible for cash handling and deposits, inventory, purchasing and payroll validation as well as labor law compliance.
- GM's must clock in and out - anytime they are in the cone
- GM's must work at least TWO Weekend evenings (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) each week - and in rotation (not taking the same day off every week).
- If a GM needs more than one weekend night off in a particular week - it must be approved by the Director of Operations.
