- The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the development and execution of the branch business plan, its financial results, and the optimization of the five core performance metrics of Equipment Depot.
- Working with the Regional Vice President (or Regional General Manager if appropriate), define the overall strategic direction of the business within assigned branches.
- Review the accounts receivables schedules on a weekly basis and maintain the DSO levels within target levels.
- Manage the performance of the sales organization and work with the appropriate Regional Director of Sales, initiate corrective action as required.
- Manage the relationship with the company's OEM's within the assigned geography.
