- We are seeking a full charge bookkeeper familiar with the construction industry and has a strong accounting background.
- This individual must be committed to excellenace in representing our firm as this is a key position that drives the operation of the business.
- The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in accounting or a minmum of 3 years of accounting experience ; proficient in QuickBooks on line and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Duties: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records; process accounts payable invoices; prepare accounts receivable invoices to owners; monthly & yearly reconciliaton of general ledger; produce quarterly financial reports; post journal entries as needed; cash flow preparation and analysis to facilitate financial planning; manage credit card receipts from project managers;implement company policies by establishing procedures related to construction standards.
