- The Full Charge Bookkeeper is responsible for full-cycle accounting and will assist the Executive Team. This includes, but is not limited to, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Receipts, Payroll, General Ledger Reconciliation, Tax Preparation and Reporting, and all Monthly and Year End Financial Reporting Requirements.
- The Full Charge Bookkeeper will interact with clients, vendors, and staff; process invoices and payments; and support annual CPA Prepared Financial Statement preparation.
- The person will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
- Work with the company's CPAs, banks, legal counsel, insurance brokers, etc.
- Process all vendor payment requests, mail checks, charge on credit card or ACH payments.
