- As a Front Office Registration at Nystrom & Associates, you will be the first point of contact for clients - answering phones, cheerfully greeting clients, registering and scheduling clients, collecting co-pays, and acting as a liaison between our mental health professionals and our patients.
- This is a full-time role with set hours, see below for shift details!
- You will be part of a team of mental health professionals that specialize in psychiatric evaluations, clinical social work, and family therapy.
- We are committed to helping patients in our community who are experiencing personal, emotional, marriage, family, or psychological problems.
- You will play an important part in that process by actively listening to patients' needs and showing empathy to every patient you speak with.
