- JOB PURPOSE: As the face of the Access to Healthcare Network Las Vegas office, the Front Office/Operations Coordinator plays a key role in emulating our culture and standards of excellence through customer service and satisfaction.
- The Front Office/Operations Coordinator is responsible to support: AHN; staff, members, and visitors by providing timely and proficient assistance in a fast-paced environment, while accomplishing various tasks and maintaining an organized and efficient office environment.
- The Front Office/Operations Coordinator is an extension of the inner workings of the Las Vegas office and is responsible to represent and support the Ryan White Management team and AHN Administrative staff by providing timely and proficient assistance with various tasks in an organized and efficient office environment.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive the AHN company car.
- Subject to Medicare and Medicaid fraud background check.
