- Provides for optimal “First Impressions”, operation, staffing and communication at the Main Lobby Desk. Serves as the communication link between families and visitors and all services provided by OPS. The provision of accurate information and individualized assistance to all customers is a key function.
- The desire to create a “remarkable” experience for all customer groups is the foundation for the performance of all staff.
- Minimum of a high school education or its equivalent (GED) preferred or currently enrolled.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the patient/guest relations function and how to meet the needs of callers, visitors members and associate staff.
- Requires analytical and organizational skills to coordinate and monitor activities, staffing, and services of assigned areas.
