- Contributes to store sales and profitability by assisting the fresh cut manager in managing all aspects of fresh cut department operations, to include but not limited to: scheduling, training, sanitation, inventory control, merchandising, production, production planning and customer service.
- Communicates and works cooperatively with Store Director, Produce Department Manager and Fresh Cut associates to maintain standards and exceed guest expectations
- Ability to use the following equipment: power jack, walk behind lift, WAV, baler, compactor.
- Must have WI Certified Food Manager License (Festival will pay in order to get certified if not)
- The associate must possess the ability to stand in place for long periods of time; work in a cooler, walk in the store; bend, stoop and kneel regularly.
