- Monitor command Navy Drug and Alcohol Abuse Prevention (NADAP) training to ensure mandatory training requirements are met.
- Collaborate with Office of Judge Advocate General (JAG) to develop a streamlined NSW Drug and Alcohol Case Management Tracker
- Support Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) initiatives to prevent and eliminate sexual assaults and sexual harassment and related behaviors to ensure a resilient and ready workforce
- Promote and present USN "Change the Culture” transformational initiatives, which strike at the root cause of sexual assault and other destructive behaviors such as domestic violence, alcohol and drug abuse, sexism, harassment, and discrimination
- Serve as member of Command Resiliency Team (CRT) responsible for periodic review of command climate, in order to facilitate and promote an environment of dignity and respect, preserve unit cohesion, good order and discipline, and mission readiness
