- The main purpose of this position is to provide provisional management of tray assembly and distribution to the consumers of mental health services at Spring Grove Hospital Center (SGHC).
- Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a commissioned officer in Food Services Officers or Culinary Specialist classifications or Food Services Manager and Services Officer specialty codes in the Food Service Management field of work on a year-for-year basis for the required experience.
- Experience coordinating activities of food production, delivery to tray assembly areas and tray assembly
- Experience coordinating cook/chill production pump kettle and cook tank with the ability to troubleshoot problems as they arise
- Experience maintaining inventory of equipment, kitchen supplies and daily food production
