- The Food Service Leader (FSL) is responsible for the day-to-day food service operations which include enforcement of recipes and procedures, product ordering, food quality assurance, employee training, and preserving sanitation requirements.
- Assists the Store Manager in preparing work schedules, guaranteeing proper food service station coverage.
- Maintains the sanitation and organization of all foodservice storage areas (including walk-in refrigerators and freezers) as well as all equipment maintenance and sanitation requirements.
- Flexible to work all shifts, weekends and holidays as needed by the business.
- Retail environment with occasional exposure to dust, extreme temperatures, contact with petroleum and/or cleaning products, etc.
