Fleet Transportation Coordinator

- Under the general supervision of the Adult Day Services (ADS) office coordinator and facilities manager (split of approximately 70%/30%), the Catholic Charities fleet transportation coordinator works to assure that all vehicles in the agency's fleet are safe and in good working order.
- Ensure ADS fleet and drivers with commercial licenses comply with DOT, FMCSA, any other regulatory bodies and/or company policies.
- Monitor the age, condition, operating reliability, and cost of all vehicles, evaluate the need to replace any vehicles that have outlived their economic life, and recommend such to senior director of finance.
- Work with the senior director of finance to coordinate all insurance claims, including filing claims, responding to insurance company queries, and coordinating the covered repairs.
- In collaboration with the ADS office coordinator and program director, review, develop and revise transportation policies.
