- Agency Description The Office of Director of Finance was created by the Philadelphia Home Rule Charter, adopted by the electors of the City on April 17, 1951, to give the Mayor and the City government a principal officer responsible for the financial, accounting, and budgeting functions of the executive branch.

- Job DescriptionPosition Summary The Senior Fiscal Analyst will report to the Chief of Staff and will support Finances leadership team, including the Director of Finance, the First Deputy Director of Finance, and the Chief of Staff, with a mix of one-time and recurring projects, initiatives, and other priorities.
- Working with the Chief of Staff and the Finance Director on legislative issues, including tracking legislation, distributing the weekly legislative update to Finance staff, working with the Mayors Office of Legislative Affairs, and collecting, editing, and drafting testimony as needed.
